How do I measure myself and choose the size that fits me right?
Wrap the belt based on your purpose: top of the pelvis for lower back support, the area where the hipbone sticks out for pelvic care, and around the abdomen for training. If using it for multiple reasons, match your size with the chart. If unsure, choose one size larger.

Is the belt machine washable?
You can. Simply fold the belt, put it into a laundry net, and put it on a soft wash. If you don’t use the net, it might cause damage to your clothing. It’s also recommended to dry indoors to prevent color fading.

It depends on how much you use it. But it has been tested in Japan and withstood a 331 lb pull test without a hitch. Even after 441 lbs were applied, the line still held intact. But the line itself can be cut if you’re carrying sharp objects or leave it open for pets to take a munch on.
